About Sean McPheat
From bedroom to 9,000 organisations.
The Journey Started Back in 2001
This is December 2001 and it’s where it all started in one of our two bedrooms. I’d left a corporate career, had zero clients and zero revenue. What I did have was a clear idea: leadership and sales training should change what people do and not just tick a box.
I remember sitting there thinking, if I can just get one company to say yes, I can make this work. That first yes came within a couple of weeks and I never looked back. From that point on it was all about getting better, learning fast and building something that genuinely helped people improve. I made my first cold calls from that room. Built my first programme on that desk. Everything I’ve built started right there.
Nobody Gave Me a Blueprint
There was no playbook for what I was trying to build. I just knew that most training didn’t work because it was designed for a classroom, not the real world. So, I built solutions that did. Programmes that changed what people did on a Monday morning, not just what they knew in theory. That approach got noticed. It led to TV appearances, industry awards and lots of recognition.
But the real validation always came from the results — managers leading differently, salespeople selling more, teams performing at a level they didn’t think was possible. I didn’t set out to win awards. I set out to build something that made a genuine impact on how people work. The awards just proved it was landing.
I'm Just Getting Started
I’ve written bestselling books, delivered keynotes on stages across the world and built diagnostic tools that have assessed millions of people around the world.
By most measures, that’s a decent run. But I’ve never been someone who sits back and admires what’s already done. Right now, I’m focused on what’s next. New ways to develop people. New frameworks that challenge how leadership works. New tools that use technology and innovation to make a bigger impact than a training room ever could. I’m pushing my businesses to the next level, exploring ideas that didn’t exist five years ago and building things that I genuinely believe will change how organisations think about performance.

I help organisations get measurably better results from their people by building practical solutions that actually change behaviour. Everything I create exists to close the gap between potential and performance, moving people away from theory and box-ticking and towards real capability that shows up in how they work every day. My mission is to give organisations the tools, frameworks and development they need to build people who think sharper, perform better and deliver results that last.
